What is my login for District Digital Platforms and Devices? Classlink/Digital Den or District Laptop Students Username: Your Lunch # or Student ID # (ex. 012345) Password: Contact IT at 2500 to receive your password. Staff Username: First initial followed by the last name. (ex. vhaass) Password: Provided by HR then set by the user. Google/Chromebook Students Email: Your Lunch # or Student ID #, following by @lvschools.net (ex. 012345@lvschools.net) Password: Contact IT at 2500 to receive your password. Staff Username: First initial followed by the last name, followed by lvisd.org (ex. vhaass@lvisd.org) Password: Provided by HR then set by the user. Submitting a Ticket Step 1. Find the "Help Desk Portal" on Digital Den (or click here) The link can also be found on the LV Staff page Step 2. Click on the "Report an issue" Link Step 3. Fill out all * required items (If you have additional information such as asset tag info, please fill that out as well so that we may better serve you) Step 4.
